Q: почему в arcaos совсем не ставят IBM Peers? а по умолчанию только Samba?

A: Да, и уже давно IBM Peers не ставится по умолчанию. И MPTS тоже, если что... thx Improver, 2025/03

 

 

You can't stop time flow..

When UEFI and other barriers appeared, we said: it's not important what is changing in the computers. You can always install OS/2 to Used Core 2 Duo PC.

Time goes and we see that OS/2 must support new models of computers because old generations are not available. don't fit the requirements.


 

 

ArcaOS 5.1.1 - DOS works again

DOS virtual machine works again (it was working on Core 2 Duo, and didn't for i5). Install ArcaOS in UEFI mode to use DOS VM.

We keep the memory about eComStation

OS/2 Guru is the only web-site which talks about the deserts of eComStation (OS/2 Warp was used as base, the development started in 1999.. 2001.. till 2013).
